1. About PSOps
PSOps is operated by Volunteer Technology Systems, doing business as PSOps. PSOps provides software and technology services to authorized fire departments, emergency service organizations, and other public-safety organizations.
These public Terms supplement any applicable customer order, service agreement, data-protection agreement, business associate agreement, or other written agreement governing an organization's use of PSOps.
2. Authorized Use
Users must use PSOps only for authorized purposes and within the access, role, and permissions assigned by their organization. Users are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.
Users may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to PSOps, interfere with the service, misuse another person's account, introduce malicious software, or use PSOps in violation of applicable law or an organization's authorized policies.
3. Operational Information
PSOps assists departments with operational documentation, communications, training, scheduling, reporting, and related workflows. PSOps does not replace department policies, emergency dispatch, radio communications, incident command judgment, medical judgment, or other required professional responsibilities.
4. SMS Messaging Terms
By voluntarily opting in to PSOps SMS messaging, you agree to receive recurring operational text messages from PSOps at the mobile number you provide. Messages may include training reminders, scheduling and staffing notifications, incident/report reminders, account notifications, department announcements, task reminders, and other operational updates.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of PSOps SMS messages at any time. Reply HELP for assistance.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing PSOps services or using the PSOps platform. Consent applies only to PSOps messaging and is not transferred to unrelated businesses or used for third-party marketing.
Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.
5. SMS Privacy
PSOps does not sell or share SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS consent and opt-in information is not sold or shared for marketing or promotional use.

6. Availability and Changes
PSOps may maintain, update, secure, or modify the service as reasonably necessary. Features may depend on department configuration, user permissions, third-party services, and availability.
